Warehouse Supervisor

About the role

The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily warehouse outbound operations, ensuring accurate, efficient, and timely order fulfillment across retail, wholesale, and e-commerce channels. This role leads warehouse staff, maintains inventory accuracy, enforces safety standards, and drives continuous process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise end-to-end outbound warehouse activities, including picking, verification, packing, loading, and shipment dispatch
• Ensure timely fulfillment of retail, wholesale, and e-commerce orders in accordance with SLA requirements
• Plan and allocate manpower, schedules, and shifts efficiently to support daily operational needs
• Monitor shipment performance and proactively resolve issues to prevent delayed deliveries
• Develop, implement, and continuously improve Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for outbound operations
• Establish packaging, handling, stacking, and loading standards for home appliance products
• Monitor and reduce shipment errors, including incorrect shipments, missing items, damages, and shortages
• Lead, coach, and supervise warehouse staff to achieve operational goals and KPIs
• Ensure compliance with company safety policies and warehouse regulations
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Customer Service, Logistics, and Receiving teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• At least 3-5 years of warehouse operations experience, with a minimum of 1-2 years in a supervisory role
• Experience managing outbound operations within retail, FMCG, consumer electronics, or home appliance industries is preferred
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and team management skills
• Good understanding of warehouse processes, inventory control, and logistics operations
• Familiarity with WMS, ERP, or inventory management systems
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively
