Warehouse Supervisor

Job Summary:
The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficient receiving, storage, inventory control, and dispatch of goods. The role involves supervising warehouse staff, maintaining inventory accuracy, enforcing safety standards, and ensuring timely fulfillment of operational requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse activities.
• Monitor receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch operations.
• Ensure inventory accuracy through regular stock counts and audits.
• Maintain proper documentation of incoming and outgoing shipments.
• Lead, train, and evaluate warehouse personnel.
• Implement and enforce warehouse safety policies and procedures.
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.
• Coordinate with other departments regarding stock requirements and deliveries.
• Monitor warehouse cleanliness, organization, and security.
• Prepare warehouse reports and operational updates for management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field is a plus.
• At least 2–3 years of experience in warehouse operations, preferably in a supervisory role.
• Knowledge of inventory management and warehouse procedures.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and warehouse management systems (WMS).
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willing to work flexible schedules when required.

Pay: Php25,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month
