Role Description The Warehouse Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Doha, Qatar. This role oversees daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and dispatching materials in line with company procedures and safety standards. The Warehouse Supervisor coordinates shipping and receiving activities, monitors inventory levels, and ensures accurate documentation and system updates. The role includes supervising warehouse staff, organizing work schedules, training team members on material handling and equipment use, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives. The Warehouse Supervisor collaborates with procurement, logistics, and project teams to meet delivery timelines and maintain efficient warehouse workflows.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong supervisory skills, including team leadership, task delegation, and performance monitoring.
• Candidates should possess shipping and receiving skills, including documentation handling, order verification, and coordination with logistics providers.
• Candidates should possess material handling skills, including safe loading, unloading, and storage practices aligned with company and regulatory standards.
• Candidates should possess inventory control skills, including stock tracking, cycle counts, and discrepancy resolution.
• Candidates should possess forklift operation skills and experience with other warehouse equipment, following all safety and maintenance guidelines.
• Additional beneficial qualifications include experience in industrial or oil and gas supply chains, familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS), and strong organizational and communication skills.
• A relevant diploma or degree in logistics, supply chain, or a related field is preferred, along with knowledge of health, safety, and environmental practices in warehouse operations.
