Warehouse Supervisor

Are you an experienced warehouse professional who takes pride in keeping things organised, efficient and running smoothly?

At Corys Electrical, we're looking for a practical, hands-on Warehouse Supervisor to support our warehouse operations, ensuring stock is managed accurately, orders are fulfilled efficiently and our customers and branch network receive reliable service.

Reporting to the Branch Manager, this role offers the opportunity to take ownership of day-to-day warehouse activities and contribute to improving how we work.

What you'll be doing

You'll coordinate daily warehouse activities, including inward goods, inventory control, picking, packing, dispatch and distribution. You'll work closely with the branch team, suppliers and freight providers to ensure stock is managed accurately and deliveries are completed on time.

You'll also help maintain an organised, safe and efficient warehouse, identify opportunities to improve processes and ensure warehouse operations meet Health & Safety requirements.

What you'll bring

We're looking for someone with solid warehouse experience who is organised, proactive and comfortable taking responsibility for daily operations.

You'll bring:

• Around 5 years' experience in a senior warehouse or similar operational role.
• Strong inventory management and stock control experience.
• Good computer skills, including Excel and inventory systems.
• A sound understanding of warehouse Health & Safety requirements.
• A practical, solutions-focused approach with strong communication skills.
• A full, current NZ driver's licence and F endorsement.

A qualification in supply chain or logistics would be an advantage, but practical experience and the ability to get things done are what matter most.
