Warehouse Supervisor

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, inventory management, order picking, and outbound activities. The ideal candidate will ensure operational efficiency, maintain quality and safety standards, and lead continuous improvement initiatives to optimize warehouse processes and team performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily warehouse operations, including receiving, picking, inventory control, and shipping activities.
• Coordinate and oversee warehouse personnel to ensure productivity, accuracy, and operational efficiency.
• Monitor workflow, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to reduce waste and optimize processes.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety procedures, and quality standards.
• Collaborate with management and cross-functional teams to improve warehouse performance.
• Support inventory accuracy, proper documentation, and timely processing of inbound and outbound shipments.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Manufacturing principles.
• Monitor operational performance and ensure warehouse activities meet established deadlines and productivity goals.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field preferred.
• Previous supervisory experience in warehouse, distribution, logistics, or manufacturing operations.
• Experience in inventory management, receiving, shipping, and warehouse operations.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control processes preferred.
• Strong communication and team coordination skills.
• Fully bilingual in English and Spanish.

Work Schedule

• Shift: 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM
