Warehouse Supervisor

Job Responsibilities

• Implement on-site warehouse management and execute the daily outbound shipment plan.
• Monitor on-site operations and make timely adjustments to operational plans and workflows.
• Address operational exceptions to ensure smooth processes, and provide timely feedback or escalation regarding operational incidents.
• Oversee operational quality to ensure high standards are maintained.
• Conduct effective data analysis and optimize warehouse layout to improve space utilization.
• Perform periodic spot checks to ensure inventory accuracy (alignment between physical stock and records), and supervise data entry (both in the system and via manual logs) to guarantee the integrity of warehouse management system data and ledgers.
• Assist the warehouse manager in training frontline warehouse staff.
• Support daily warehouse and distribution management tasks, and carry out other duties as assigned by management.
• Monitor the daily, weekly, and monthly KPI performance of third-party vendors and drive necessary improvements.

Requirements

• Capable of conducting daily communication and interaction in Chinese;
• Education: Bachelor’s degree or above;
• Work experience: At least 50 personnel under management, with experience in managing automated warehouse operations;
• Experience with ISO, EHS, or TAPA-A standards is preferred;
• Professional/management experience: Experience in on-site management within a third-party logistics (3PL) company;
• Skills and competencies: Business and lean thinking, operational control and process optimization, risk prevention and control; must be passionate and possess a mindset geared toward breaking through existing limitations;
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
