Warehouse Supervisor – Ecommerce Distribution

We are seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily operations in a high-volume distribution environment focused on home goods.

Responsibilities Include

• Managing receiving, picking, packing, and shipping activities to ensure accuracy, safety, and efficiency
• Tracking KPIs and utilizing warehouse systems to monitor performance
• Resolving inventory discrepancies and implementing process improvements
• Coaching, scheduling, and supporting the training of associates
• Fostering a culture of ownership, collaboration, and continuous learning
• Partnering with logistics and customer teams to meet service and quality standards
