Work Experience

• Entry level position. Candidates with no experience are welcomed as full training will be provided
• Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply
• Applicants with similar or relevant experience are also welcome and will be considered

Education Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in any related field

Language Requirements

• Fluent in Malay & English
• Professional working proficiency in Mandarin is advantage but not compulsory (to communicate with Mandarin speaking clients and colleagues from China)

Job Description

1. Responsible for the requisition of equipment fixtures
2. Responsible for asset management
3. Responsible for the scrapping of items
4. Responsible for asset inventory
5. Responsible for instrument calibration
6. Responsible for the docking of customs declaration and customs clearance of equipment fixtures
7. Management of goods in and out of the area

Other Requirements

• Candidates with material management and other related work experience is preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work efficiently within the team
• Patient, meticulous, and dedicated in learning basic tasks and advancing step by step
