Warehouse Supervisor (Finished Goods)

Job Summary

Responsible for leading finished goods warehouse operations, ensuring inventory accuracy, efficient inbound and outbound processes, workplace safety, and continuous improvement initiatives to achieve world-class warehouse performance.

Qualifications

· At least 3 years of warehouse management experience

· At least 1 year of experience as a Team Leader or Supervisor

· Hands-on experience in inventory management, receiving, storage, and shipping operations

· Experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)

· SAP experience is an advantage

· Experience in warehouse layout improvement and productivity enhancement

· Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills

Key Responsibilities

· Manage day-to-day finished goods warehouse operations.

· Lead receiving, storage, inventory control, and shipping activities.

· Drive WMS implementation and warehouse process improvements.

· Monitor and maintain inventory accuracy to minimize discrepancies.

· Ensure compliance with safety standards and 5S practices.

· Track warehouse KPIs and implement improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and quality.

· Coordinate with internal stakeholders to support smooth warehouse operations.

Pay: Php40,000.00 - Php45,000.00 per month
