What does the job look like?

We're looking for an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to lead our night (9:00PM-5:00AM) operations across our Auburn sites. Supporting both Percy Street and Nyrang Street, this role is responsible for maintaining safe and efficient operations outside standard business hours while providing critical support to customers, production teams and site operations. With greater autonomy than the day shifts, you'll play a key role in decision-making, incident management and ensuring any operational issues are resolved quickly to minimise disruption. Key areas:

  • Lead overnight warehouse operations across Percy Street and Nyrang Street, ensuring service and operational requirements are met.
  • Coordinate loading activities and provide operational support across both sites.
  • Maintain regular communication with customers and stakeholders regarding operational performance and service impacts.
  • Respond to safety incidents, operational disruptions and escalations, taking ownership of issue resolution.
  • Complete shift reporting and detailed handovers to ensure continuity between shifts.
  • Support and guide frontline leaders and employees across the night operation.
  • Monitor operational performance and implement practical solutions to minimise delays and service impacts.
  • Promote a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with WHS and Chain of Responsibility requirements.

Are you the one?

You are a confident and self-sufficient leader who thrives in an autonomous environment. You remain calm under pressure, can make sound decisions with limited supervision and are comfortable managing customer-facing issues when operational challenges arise. You enjoy solving problems, supporting teams and ensuring operations continue to run smoothly when key stakeholders are offline.

 You can demonstrate:

  • 3+ years' experience leading teams within a warehouse, distribution or logistics environment.
  • Proven ability to manage operations independently and make effective decisions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Hands-on experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to manage customer relationships and operational escalations.
  • Experience coordinating incident response, issue resolution and business-critical operational decisions.
  • Strong leadership capability with experience coaching and supporting frontline employees.
  • Sound knowledge of Workplace Health & Safety requirements and Chain of Responsibility obligations.
  • A proactive approach to problem solving, risk management and continuous improvement.
  • High Risk Work Licence (Forklift) highly regarded.

What's in it for me?

  • 12 weeks paid parental leave and return to work bonus for eligible employees
  • Career development opportunities and mentoring programs
  • Access to a range of benefits across dining and adventure, travel and health and well-being
  • The chance to work in a high-performing team where your contributions truly make an impact
