Warehouse Supervisor, Operations, South China

We are hiring a Warehouse Supervisor who will be responsible for leading and overseeing physical floor operations for our premium high-tech and spare parts logistics portfolio. This role drives operational excellence by supervising the onsite warehouse floor team, ensuring maximum inventory accuracy at serial-number level, and optimizing layout efficiency. The position acts as a champion for health, safety (HSSE), and security standards, while coordinating closely with internal departments and prestigious clients to deliver flawless contract logistics services.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily physical warehouse operations, including cargo receiving, goods inspection, storage, sorting, and dispatch.
• Lead regular physical stock counts and audits to ensure 100% inventory accuracy. Oversee high-value technology inventory controls, utilizing Serial Number (S/N) and Part Number (P/N) tracking on the warehouse floor.
• Guide, motivate, and manage frontline warehouse staff to optimize daily workflow productivity and foster a collaborative team environment.
• Continuously optimize the physical warehouse layout, racking, and storage structures to maximize space utilization, safety, and picking productivity.
• Actively perform quality HSSE interactions, drive safe behaviors (including ESD protection guidelines), and ensure 100% compliance with corporate safety guidelines and quality standards.
• Supervise the physical processing of return shipments (RMA), ensuring defective and refurbished parts are properly segregated, logged, and updated.
• Collaborate with other internal departments (including IT, Finance, and HSEQ) and communicate closely with customers to meet high Service Level Agreements (SLA).

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in high-tech, electronics, telecommunications, or spare parts warehouse operations.
• Proven, successful experience in leading, supervising, and coaching frontline physical warehouse floor teams.
• Prior experience in an international 3PL, global logistics provider, or multinational supply chain environment is highly preferred. Candidates with supervisor experience in high-precision electronics manufacturing or technical inventory warehouses are highly welcomed.
• A valid Forklift Driver License is a strong advantage.
• Ability to communicate in basic English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua).
• Competency in MS Office. Familiarity with WMS or Oracle systems is NOT a must (good-to-have only, as onsite training will be provided).
• Tertiary education in Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field is a plus.
