Warehouse Supervisor (Pick & Pack / Storeman) - Naval Base

Gepro Pty Ltd is a well-established wholesale and distribution company based in Naval Base. They are a key supplier of a large range of products to major trade and retail outlets. To support their continued growth, they are currently seeking a dependable, hands-on Warehouse Supervisor to join their fantastic team of professionals.

Your main responsibilities and duties will include:-

• Supervising the warehouse staff and coordinating daily workflow
• Receiving and checking incoming stock shipments
• Safe loading and unloading of transport trucks
• Accurate picking and packing of outgoing orders
• Conducting regular stock cycle counts and inventory checks
• Operating machinery, including forklifts and reach trucks
• Processing relevant paperwork, picking slips, and consignment notes
• Ensuring the facility is kept appropriately clean, safe, and orderly at all times

Your experience, skill set and qualifications will include:-

• Current Forklift ticket (Essential) and experience operating Reach Trucks highly regarded
• Proven warehouse experience, preferably in a supervisory or leading hand capacity
• Reliability, with strong literacy, numeracy, and accuracy skills
• Basic computer knowledge to process dispatch paperwork and consignment notes
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of the warehouse floor

Starting Salary:- $35.00 per hour ($72,800 p/a) + Super
Location:- Naval Base, WA
Position Type:- Permanent Full Time, Australian Work Rights required
