WAREHOUSE SUPERVISOR – RELIEVER

About the role

We are looking for a Warehouse Supervisor – Reliever who will temporarily oversee the daily warehouse operations of the Segunda Mana Program. The position will ensure proper management of manpower, donations, inventory, logistics, warehouse space, valuation, and quality control during the reliever assignment.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise warehouse personnel and monitor daily work assignments and productivity.
• Oversee the flow of donations from intake, sorting, valuation, storage, and dispatch.
• Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records and address discrepancies.
• Coordinate logistics, including pick-up and delivery of donations to outlets.
• Ensure proper warehouse organization, cleanliness, and safety.
• Oversee the valuation and quality assessment of donated items.
• Prepare and submit inventory, operational, and performance reports.
• Ensure compliance with warehouse policies and procedures.
• Coordinate with Program Officers and outlet staff to ensure smooth operations.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

About you

• Graduate of any 4-year course or equivalent practical experience.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in warehouse or logistics operations.
• Experience in valuation of goods, particularly second-hand or mixed-category items, is an advantage.
• Strong leadership and staff supervision skills.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Proficient in English and Tagalog, both written and verbal.
• Trustworthy, honest, and committed to service.
• Willing to work on weekends and holidays when necessary.
