Warehouse Supervisor (Renewable Contract)

Job Summary

The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and supporting daily warehouse activities to ensure efficient material handling, accurate inventory management, and adherence to safety and compliance protocols. This role requires close coordination with various internal departments and hands-on involvement in operational tasks, including loading, unloading, and system support.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct daily safety briefings with shift workers to reinforce safety standards and ensure compliance.
• Monitor attendance records of foreign workers and report discrepancies.
• Oversee and manage daily warehouse tasks and workflows.
• Supervise container and lorry loading and unloading operations.
• Ensure effective FIFO inventory practices and perform material barcode verification.
• Issue materials accurately and promptly to the production department.
• Perform daily safety patrols using the IWMS to ensure compliance.
• Complete and maintain warehouse safety compliance checklists regularly.
• Monitor and manage the proper handling and maintenance of equipment.
• Liaise with the Kitting Zone to address any abnormal or urgent material requirements.
• Conduct weekly and monthly stock counts and verify inventory accuracy.
• Manage documentation and oversee the loading process at the Recycle Centre.
• Provide support in the operation and maintenance of the IWMS system.

Requirement:

• At least SPM / STPM qualifications
• At least 1-3 years of experience in logistics industry / warehouse
• Fresh Graduate is encourage to apply
• Working Day: Monday - Friday (8:00am - 5:30pm)
• Possess own transportation is more preferable
• Good verbal and writing skills in Bahasa Melayu and English
• Working Location : Seremban

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM2,700.00 per month
