Role Description The Warehouse Supervisor (senior level) is a full-time, on-site role based in New Cairo. This role oversees daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and dispatching luxury fashion products. The Warehouse Supervisor leads and mentors warehouse team members, assigns tasks and schedules, and ensures adherence to safety, quality, and inventory control standards. Responsibilities include monitoring stock accuracy, coordinating with procurement, production, and retail teams, and optimizing layout, workflows, and handling processes to support seasonal collections and product launches. The supervisor also tracks KPIs, prepares operational reports, manages equipment and maintenance needs, and supports continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and service levels.

Qualifications

• Strong warehouse operations and inventory management skills, including stock control, picking/packing processes, and cycle counting.
• Leadership experience in supervising warehouse staff, coaching teams, and managing schedules and performance.
• Proficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS), barcoding or RFID tools, and basic MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Knowledge of health, safety, and compliance standards in warehouse environments, with a focus on safe handling of fashion products.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and reporting.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with logistics, procurement, retail, and customer service teams.
• Experience in fashion, retail, or luxury goods logistics is highly beneficial.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Ability to work on-site in New Cairo and handle peak periods, including high-volume seasons and product launches.
• Demonstrated commitment to integrity, reliability, and maintaining a clean, organized, and professional warehouse environment.
