Warehouse Supervisor / Shift Work – Sriracha Chonburi

Job Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee warehouse processes such as order picking, packing, checking, staging, and loading to ensure timely and accurate shipments
• Control the daily operation plan in function of Inbound and Outbound Process by preparing resources to reach the maximum efficiency to manage the operation achieve customer requirement.
• Plan and control daily workflows by allocating manpower and resources efficiently to ensure on-time and accurate receiving and put-away activities
• Monitor operational activities to ensure adherence to company standards, customer specifications, and safety requirements. Maintain quality, safety, and service standards throughout all processes
• Provide guidance, on-the-job training, and regular performance evaluations for team members. Promote continuous learning and adherence to operational procedures
• Track daily inbound and outbound performance, report issues to management, and perform root cause analysis on any failures or deviations to ensure quick resolution
• Coordinate between warehouse teams, and customers to ensure smooth coordination and timely information exchange
• Identify areas for improvement in work methods, productivity, safety, and cost reduction. Propose and implement improvement initiatives to enhance overall efficiency

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
• At least 3–5 years of experience in warehouse or logistics operations, with least 1–2 years in a supervisory role
• Strong knowledge of inbound / outbound warehouse processes (receiving, sorting, put-away, storage)
• Familiar with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Good leadership, people management, and coaching skills
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making abilities
• Good communication and coordination skills with internal and external stakeholders
• Understanding of safety standards and quality control procedures in warehouse operations
• ***Able to work in Shift***

Working Day & Hours :   Mon-Fri. (8.00-17.00 / [20.00-05.00](tel: 20.00-05.00))

Working Location :  Moo 4, Bueng Sub-district, Si Racha District, Chonburi Province 20230
