WAREHOUSE SUPERVISOR – TEXTILE INDUSTRY

JOB LOCATION DHAMANGAON PADGHA THANE

EXPERIENCE:- 3 TO 5 YRS

SALARY:- 4 TO 5 LPA

Job Responsibilities:

• Supervise day-to-day warehouse operations for fabric, raw materials, accessories and finished goods.
• Manage inward, outward, loading, unloading and material movement.
• Verify material quantity, quality and documentation during receiving.
• Maintain proper stock records, inventory accuracy and bin locations.
• Coordinate with Production, Purchase, Quality, PPC, Dispatch and Logistics teams.
• Monitor GRN, stock transfer, issue and dispatch activities.
• Conduct regular physical stock verification and cycle counting.
• Ensure proper storage, identification, tagging and segregation of textile materials.
• Control FIFO/FEFO wherever applicable and minimize material damage/wastage.
• Supervise warehouse staff, allocate daily work and monitor productivity.
• Maintain warehouse 5S, safety and housekeeping standards.
• Handle discrepancies, shortages, excess stock and damaged materials.
• Prepare daily/weekly stock and warehouse reports.
• Ensure timely dispatch of finished goods as per production/customer requirements.
• Coordinate with transporters and ensure proper dispatch documentation.

Required Skills:

• Textile warehouse / garment / fabric handling experience.
• Good knowledge of inventory management and warehouse operations.
• ERP/SAP knowledge preferred.
• Team handling and coordination skills.
• Good knowledge of Excel and warehouse documentation.
• Strong understanding of fabric and textile material storage.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
