Job Responsibilities

1 Material Inbound Management

1）Verify key information such as material name, specifications, batch information, and quantity according to the purchase order to ensure proper receipt into inventory;

2）timely entry into the U9 system, print barcodes, and affix them to pallets for inventory receipt operations;

3）timely submission of raw and auxiliary materials for testing, and after passing inspection, print material receipt slips and submit them to procurement;

4）Notify material requisition personnel of the arrival of specialized spare parts for confirmation;

5）Submit labor protective equipment to the Safety, Environment, and Comprehensive Management Department for confirmation before warehousing;

6）Notify material requisition personnel of the arrival of pipes, building materials, panels, and construction materials for confirmation, and unload them to the designated location as required;

7）Ensure all purchased materials are entered into the U9 system to complete the warehousing procedures."

2 Material Outbound Management

Issue materials according to the specific information on workshop/department material requisition forms.

Raw and auxiliary materials must follow the First-In-First-Out (FIFO) principle when leaving storage.

For experimental materials, issue them according to the designated requisition list and ensure records are kept.

3 Material Inventory Management

Strictly distinguish between qualified, pending inspection, and non-conforming materials; mixing is not allowed.

Perform daily routine inventory management to ensure no shortages.

Ensure that inventory quantities are accurate and consistent with the system records

4 Warehouse 6S Management

Perform all required warehouse inspections as instructed.

Keep materials tidy to ensure they are not lost, damaged, damp, or deteriorated.

Maintain safe and orderly storage in compliance with warehouse standards.

5 Non-Material-Code Spare Parts Management

Verify the completeness of plans submitted by each workshop/department for spare parts without material codes.

Assign PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) material codes to these spare parts and maintain corresponding records.

Manage storage, issuance, and tracking of such spare parts according to regulations.

6 Finished Product Management

Based on daily shipment plans issued by the Delivery and Service Management Department, coordinate with sales and workshops to complete outbound management of finished battery products.

Record outbound data promptly and ensure accuracy in shipment documents.

7 Returned Battery Management

Receive returned batteries based on the product return/exchange application form and processing form.

Coordinate with the testing workshop to confirm quantities, then report back to the Delivery & Service Management Department.

Maintain records for returned/exchanged batteries, and compile monthly reports on unprocessed batteries in inventory.

8 Routine Tasks

Proactively complete other tasks assigned by supervisors.

Qualification Job Qualifications

Education Background

Associate degree or above; candidates with warehouse management experience are preferred.

Skill Requirements

Familiar with warehouse management processes

Strong sense of responsibility; good verbal communication and interpersonal skills; team-oriented

Proficient in office software applications

Work Experience / Training At least one year of experience in warehouse management
