Warehouse Supervisor (WMS / Inventory Control)

• Position: Warehouse Supervisor (WMS / Inventory Control)
• Location: Sunview- Pioneer
• Working Hours: 5 days, Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 6.00pm
• Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $4200 basic + AWS + medical and dental benefits
• Duration : Permanent
• Industry: Logistics (MNC)

Responsibilities

• Support the Operations Manager in overseeing daily warehouse operations.
• Lead warehouse employees to achieve operational and departmental KPIs.
• Ensure timely processing of inbound, outbound and stock-return activities.
• Monitor employee performance and provide on-the-job training.
• Maintain compliance with warehouse SOPs, safety and security requirements.
• Prepare and update work processes and operational documentation.
• Perform cycle counts, inventory reconciliation and discrepancy investigations.
• Update stock returns and closeout items in the Warehouse Management System.
• Generate and analyse inventory reports to maintain stock accuracy.
• Communicate with customers and transporters on operational and service matters.
• Highlight warehouse irregularities and operational risks to the Operations Manager.
• Support process improvement and warehouse efficiency projects.
• Perform other operational duties assigned by the Operations Manager.

Requirements

• Minimum 3-5 years of relevant warehouse or logistics experience, at least three years of experience leading warehouse employees.

• O-Level, Diploma or equivalent qualification in Logistics, Engineering, Business Administration or a related discipline.

• Strong working knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems.

• Able to generate and analyse inventory and operational reports.

• Hands-on experience in inbound, outbound, cycle counting and stock reconciliation.
