Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, the warehouse support & driver is responsible for creating a memorable customer service experience for all clients, and supporting all general warehouse duties.

Primary Responsibilities

• Adhering to the packaging schedule, with accuracy and in a timely manner
• Keeping work area clean and tidy at all times
• Record keeping for all materials used
• Entering production information accurately into the inventory management system.
• Prep and label packaging materials
• Identify and dispose of defective products
• Cleanliness of packaging equipment, and communication as issues may arise to the Warehouse Manager
• Safely operating all equipment
• Inspecting and reporting on equipment daily
• Keeping the vehicle in a clean and safe condition
• Executing on delivery routes in an efficient and careful manner, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
• Maintaining cleanliness of vehicles
• Communication on any vehicle maintenance issues to the Warehouse Manager who will arrange a remedy

PROFESSIONAL REQUIREMENTS

• Detail oriented and organized
• Ability to utilize software systems
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs
• Experience in manufacturing or related field is an asset
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
• Strong communication skills and desire to work with other team members
• Valid driver's license
• Exceptional customer service
