Warehouse Support Assistant

Job summary

We are seeking a reliable Warehouse Support Assistant to support daily warehouse operations, including receiving, counting, arranging, issuing, loading and offloading goods. The role also supports stock control, deliveries and general distribution activities while maintaining accuracy, orderliness and accountability.

Job descriptions & requirements

Responsibilities:

• Receive, count, offload and properly arrange incoming goods.
• Pick, count and prepare goods for customer orders and deliveries.
• Assist with loading, offloading and delivery of goods when required.
• Support stock counts and report shortages, damages or discrepancies.
• Maintain proper stock arrangement, cleanliness and warehouse safety.
• Ensure goods are not removed without proper authorisation.
• Assist with stock issuance and basic warehouse records.
• Support the Sales & Operations Supervisor with operational activities.
• Perform other lawful and reasonable duties assigned by management.
