Warehouse support supervisor (สมุทรปราการ)

About the role

This role involves end-to-end case ownership, proactively monitoring buyer and seller cases throughout the day, picking up, prioritizing, and owning cases until resolution. You will investigate issues via systems, pulling order and item histories from the WMS to determine facts and next actions, and coordinate with warehouse operations teams to validate issues and confirm corrective actions.

Key responsibilities

• Proactively monitor buyer/seller cases on the Google Sheets case tracker throughout the day; pick up, prioritize, and own cases end-to-end until resolution
• Pull order and item histories from the WMS (e.g., pick/pack, staging, dispatch scans, inventory movements, returns) to determine facts and next actions
• Liaise with inbound/outbound, inventory control, returns, and security teams to validate issues and confirm corrective actions
• Provide clear updates and ETAs to the Seller Team; document root cause, action taken, and final resolution in the tracker
• Log trends, raise incident reports where needed, and propose SOP or process improvements to reduce repeat issues
• Summarize case volumes, SLA performance, aging/backlog, and top causes at end of day; highlight blockers and escalations

About you

• Vocational degree and above in any related field
• At least 1 year of working experience in warehousing (e-commerce is highly preferred)
• New graduate with potential profile is also welcomed
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel
• Able to work under deadlines and pressure
• Good interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills
• Good team player
• Able to work in shift and day off
• Confident with Google Sheets (filters, pivot tables, lookups, basic formulas) and WMS navigation (order search, movement history, scan logs)
• Ability to work cross-functionally and keep stakeholders informed with clear, concise updates
• Empathetic, patient, and focused on delivering a positive experience to sellers and buyers
• Able to investigate and deep dive systems and warehouse floors to find root causes
