Warehouse Surveyor

• To inspect the condition of the empty container / truck upon arrival at PVO yard before loading.
• Inspect the cleanliness of the container / truck (check any presence of water / oil / rust /light test /leak of the container.
• Witness stuffing operation and verify quality of goods loaded into container / trucks.
• Random checks external condition of the carton / bag / drum during loading operation.
• Verification of packing & marking as per declaration
• To report if there is any loses / damages incurred at the time of loading.
• Sealing of containers by using ship’s seals.
• Take photos of empty / half/ full container loading with containers door and seal.
• Checklist of container stuffing to be complete upon sealing of containers.
• Tally quantity / recording numbers of carton / bags / drums loaded.
• Random checks on carton / bags/ drums – damages / weight – Tally sheet.
• To supervise loading throughout completion of loading.
• Tally sheet of containers stuffing record to be sign and hand over to WH supervisor upon each loading.
• Random check weight of carton / bags / drum each shipment with evidence of checking
• Check / counter sign on the pallets slips upon loading and recording of damage / leaking quantity.
• Record & report random check of damage / reject cartons with replacements, if any.
• Obtain WH in charge personal’s approval if found any suspicious of doubtful upon loading took place.
• Pictures of empty, quarter. Half, three quarter loading, close door with container nos / seal nos and marking to be in survey report.

Qualifications / Requirements :-

• Minimum SPM, Survey Technical Training, Diploma in Logistic, Supply Chain, Inventory Management or any related field.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant working environments.
• Good communication and computer skills.
• Knowledge of inventory management, logistics, and supply chain processes.
• Familiar with handover survey requirements.
