- Provide technical support to users on SAP WMS (Warehouse Management System) and EWM (Electronic Workplace Manufacturing).
- Troubleshoot issues related to inventory management, order processing, and logistics operations within the SAP platform.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex problems and implement process improvements.
- Develop documentation for internal use cases and knowledge sharing among team members.
Job Requirements :
- 0-1 year of experience in IT services & consulting industry.
- Strong understanding of SAP WMS/EWM modules.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting skills with ability to analyze data and identify root causes of issues.
