Warehouse Systems & Operations – Assistant Manager / Manager

About the role:

We are looking for a Warehouse Systems & Process Improvement professional to support the enhancement and digitalization of our warehouse operations. The role combines warehouse operations, WMS, process improvement and system enhancement, working closely with warehouse, IT and cross-functional teams to improve efficiency, accuracy and operational visibility. (Multiple vacancies are available)

Key responsibilities:

• Analyse and improve warehouse processes including inbound, putaway, picking, packing, replenishment and outbound.
• Support WMS enhancement, implementation, configuration and system improvement.
• Identify operational gaps and drive process improvement through systems, automation and digitalisation.
• Analyse WMS and warehouse data to monitor KPIs such as productivity, inventory accuracy and fulfilment performance.
• Support warehouse applications such as RF/barcode, dashboards, mobile applications and workflow automation.
• Coordinate warehouse-related system and process improvement projects with internal and regional stakeholders.
• Support system integration between WMS, ERP and other warehouse technologies.

Requirements:

• Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Information Systems, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering or related field.
• Relevant experience in warehouse operations, WMS, warehouse systems, process improvement or supply chain technology.
• Good understanding of warehouse processes and WMS workflows.
• Experience in WMS implementation/enhancement, process improvement or warehouse projects.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of SQL, Power BI, databases, APIs, Python, JavaScript, RF/barcode or low-code platforms is an advantage.
• Experience with WMS such as Manhattan, SAP EWM, Oracle WMS or equivalent is an advantage.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Hands-on and solution-oriented mindset.
• Willing to travel when required.
