Warehouse Team Lead

• Working Hours: 8am to 8pm

Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise daily warehouse operations during assigned shifts
• Plan and allocate manpower to ensure efficient workflow and productivity
• Monitor operational performance and ensure KPIs and SLAs are achieved
• Serve as the first point of contact for resolving operational issues during the shift
• Oversee inbound and outbound warehouse activities, including goods receiving, put-away, picking, packing, staging, dispatch, and loading
• Manage shift manpower scheduling to meet operational demands and peak periods.
• Train and coach warehouse staff on standard operating procedures (SOPs), Warehouse Management System (WMS) usage, and workplace safety practices.
• Monitor staff attendance, discipline, and performance to maintain operational efficiency.

Requirements:

• Candidate with valid forklift license is added advantage
