Warehouse Team Lead

Role: Lead for transportation and warehousing operations, responsible for coordinating daily activities on the first shift.

Key Responsibilities

• Assign work and guide a small team to achieve productivity, safety, and quality standards.
• Monitor inbound and outbound freight flows, verify documentation, and resolve issues promptly to ensure smooth operations.
• Partner with supervisors to track KPIs, utilize warehouse systems and scanners, and support training initiatives.
• Maintain a hands-on presence on the floor, fostering a safe and efficient environment.
