Warehouse Team Leader

The Warehouse Team Leader is responsible for safe and efficient management of the storage facilities. This role is responsible for the day-to-day operation of the warehouse, ensuring efficient warehouse operation in achieving business targets. This role is responsible in handling physical inventory and warehouse management: receiving, sorting, taking inventory, verifying stocks condition, and identifying damaged goods, keeping records, distribution of stocks availability. The employee is responsible to oversee the efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of finished products; to ensure productivity targets are achieved and that all warehouse processes are running smoothly and promptly.

• Must be a graduate of Bachelor's degree in related field
• Must have at least 2-3 years experience in warehouse operations and inventory control
• With 1-2 years in a supervisory leadership role
• Expertise is managing stock levels, conducting regular stock counts, and ensuring accurate inventory records.
• Proficiency in using inventory management systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or other WMS )
• Must be a resident of Dagupan City or nearby towns and municipalities
