Responsibilities:
- Manage teams that handle both operational execution and continuous improvement of inbound, in-stock, outbound, and returns processes.
- Implement targeted improvements across daily operations and optimization initiatives, including efficiency enhancements, variance management, system feedback, and exception reduction.
- Reporting & other tasks as assigned
Requirements:
- Minimum 2-3 years of warehouse management , with experience leading a team from 10+ staffs
- Fluent in Chinese Mandarin & English
- Holding folklift driving license
- Full working rights in Australlia
