Warehouse Team Leader

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Warehouse Team Leader to oversee daily warehouse operations, lead a team, and ensure operational efficiency, product quality, and inventory accuracy. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and hands-on experience in warehouse operations within the UAE.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, and guide warehouse team members to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
• Allocate tasks, coordinate workloads, and ensure the effective utilisation of manpower and resources.
• Monitor team performance, provide feedback, and implement improvement measures to achieve operational targets.
• Ensure the quality and condition of incoming and outgoing goods meet company standards.
• Supervise loading and offloading activities to prevent product damage, discrepancies, and trade returns.
• Ensure all delivery invoices are returned to the warehouse on the same day, duly signed by customers as proof of delivery.
• Verify the quantity and condition of returned goods against the relevant documents to minimise customer complaints and stock discrepancies.
• Ensure goods received and loaded match the quantities specified in the relevant orders and documents.
• Coordinate and support weekly cycle counts, investigate discrepancies, and ensure accurate inventory records.
• Work closely with Warehouse, Customer Service, Commercial, Audit, Transport, and Sales teams to resolve operational issues.
• Ensure warehouse activities are completed safely, accurately, and within the required timelines.

Requirements

• Graduate degree in a relevant discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of warehouse operations experience in the UAE , with progressive leadership responsibilities.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control, and quality standards.
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and manage a warehouse team.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Strong attention to detail, with a focus on operational efficiency, stock accuracy, and customer satisfaction.
