Our client is seeking a hands-on Warehouse Team Leader to lead a team of 3 warehouse staff in a busy 3PL environment.

This is a Sunday to Thursday night shift, working 8:30pm to 6:00am (45 hours per week).

We’re looking for an experienced leader with at least 2 years’ experience in a similar role who takes pride in their work, leads by example, and isn’t afraid to get hands-on.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse operations
• Lead, support, and motivate a team of 3
• Maintain accurate inventory and stock movement records
• Ensure warehouse efficiency, accuracy, and productivity
• Promote a strong Health & Safety culture
• Manage competing priorities in a busy 3PL environment
• Work closely with customers and warehouse staff to deliver excellent service

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years’ Supervisor or Team Leader experience
• Experience within 3PL, freight forwarding, warehousing, or logistics
• Experience leading a team of 3–5 people
• Current Counterbalance, Reach, and Stock Picker licences
• Availability to work Sunday to Thursday, 8:30pm–6:00am
• Must pass a pre-employment drug test and have no criminal convictions
