What they need

Neighbours feeding neighbours.

The Regina Food Bank is looking for a dependable, hands-on team member to keep food moving from our loading dock to the people who need it. Every hamper that reaches a family in Regina passes through our warehouse first. Last year that meant $12.6 million in food for 86 community partners and schools, and in this role you'll see the results of your work every shift.

What You'll Do

  • Fill orders on the pick line — accurately prepare orders for partner agencies and programs.
  • Pack hampers and crates — assemble the food boxes that go out to families across Regina.
  • Receive, sort and rotate product — check incoming food, label and store it properly, monitor expiry dates and flag damaged product.
  • Move product safely — operate pallet jacks and power jacks and assist with forklift work. We'll provide training where needed.
  • Keep it clean and safe — look after the warehouse and our outdoor areas.
  • Support the team — work respectfully and safely alongside staff and volunteers.

What You'll Bring

  • Hands-on experience — warehouse or general labour work. We'll train the right person.
  • Physical ability — regularly lift up to 40 pounds, approximately 50 times per day; operate pallet jacks; stand for extended periods; and work in refrigerated or freezer areas when required.
  • Attention to detail — the right food in the right box matters.
  • Reliability — a team-first attitude; dependable, on time and ready to go.
  • Sit-down forklift certification — an asset, not a requirement.

Typical schedule is Monday to Friday, with evening or weekend work required only occasionally. A three-month probationary period applies.

Competitive pay, health benefits, RRSP and vacation.

Applications remain open until the position is filled

The Regina Food Bank is committed to an inclusive workplace and welcomes applications from all qualified candidates.
