Warehouse Team Member - Dayshift

Te Pari is a family-owned, global leader in livestock handling and animal management equipment. With customers across New Zealand and around the world, we’re proud of what we build — and the people who make it happen!

We’re on the lookout for a motivated Warehouse Team Member to join our busy Oamaru warehouse and be part of a supportive, hard-working team on our dayshift.

About the Role

This is a full-time role, working Monday–Friday (7:00am - 5:00pm).

The position offers variety, responsibility, and job security. You’ll play a key part in keeping our operations running smoothly by supporting internal teams and ensuring customer orders are picked, packed, and delivered accurately and on time.

You’ll be hands-on with day-to-day warehouse tasks, including stock handling, forklift operation, and more — no two days are the same!

Key Responsibilities

• Picking, scanning and supplying parts efficiently to the factory
• Loading and unloading deliveries and receipting stock accurately
• Operating forklifts safely and handling stock correctly
• Working closely with internal teams to meet production and delivery timeframes

About You

You’ll be a great fit if you bring:

• Warehouse experience (helpful but not essential — training provided)
• A current forklift license, or willingness to obtain one
• Strong attention to detail and good time management
• A positive, reliable, and team-focused attitude
• Confidence using computers and the ability to pick up new systems quickly

What We Offer

• A secure, full-time role with a growing global business

• A friendly, down-to-earth team environment

• Competitive pay and ongoing support

• Genuine career progression opportunities

If you enjoy hands-on work, take pride in accuracy, and want to be part of a company that values its people, we’d love to hear from you!
