· Processing documentation: Maintain complete, auditable processing records and prepare verified erasure documentation and customer asset reports.

· Asset control and traceability: Maintain accurate inventory and chain-of-custody records throughout collection, receipt, processing, storage and despatch.

· Hardware assessment: Perform functional testing, diagnostics and condition grading to determine equipment suitability for reuse, refurbishment or onward treatment.

· Warehouse operations: Manage goods in, stock reconciliation, secure storage, picking, packing and pallet preparation.

· Customer collections: Support the collection process, including site attendance, equipment handling, transport documentation and driving company vehicles where authorised.

· Despatch and logistics: Prepare equipment for onward transport, ensuring shipments are accurately documented, appropriately packaged and securely handled.

· Process improvement: Help develop efficient workflows, identify operational issues and contribute to improvements in quality and productivity.

· Workplace standards: Maintain safe working practices, appropriate equipment handling and a clean, organised warehouse.

What we are looking for

· Practical experience in IT hardware, refurbishment, technical support or a related warehouse environment.

· Strong attention to detail and a disciplined approach to procedures and documentation.

· An understanding of data confidentiality, secure asset handling and operational traceability.

· Confidence diagnosing and assessing desktop computers and other IT equipment.

· Good organisation and the ability to manage competing priorities.

· A flexible approach and willingness to contribute across technical and warehouse activities.

· A valid driving licence suitable for UK driving and confidence attending customer sites.

· Ability to carry out warehouse handling duties safely, using appropriate equipment and support.

Experience with ITAD processing, data erasure platforms or asset management systems would be an advantage. Training will be provided in our systems and procedures.
