Warehouse Technician (One Year Contract)

About the role

This role involves leading logistics and operations management, material handling, inventory accuracy, shipment coordination, quality compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives in a GMP-regulated warehouse environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and perform the receiving, picking, packing, issuing, and sampling of materials to support manufacturing and quality needs
• Maintain impeccable inventory levels through diligent cycle counting and precise data entry into SAP and other database systems
• Monitor all inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring receiving, picking and packing procedures are followed
• Contribute to Warehouse team activities to ensure consistent operational support and warehouse improvement projects
• Adhere strictly to cGMP, GDP, local/corporate policies, and safe handling requirements for Material Handling Equipment (MHE)
• Perform accurate order fulfillment; initiate and follow up on Change Requests and event discrepancies
• Promptly escalate abnormal events and ensure proper labeling and segregation of materials
• Maintain a safety-first mindset by complying with all SHE requirements
• Report workplace accidents, near misses, or hazards immediately
• Lead and drive warehouse continuous improvement initiatives

About you

• Diploma, Higher NITEC, NITEC, or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related discipline
• Prior experience in warehouse/logistics operations, preferably in a GMP-regulated environment
• Familiarity with ERP systems and warehouse operations
• Valid forklift license required, as operating a forklift will be part of the job responsibilities
• Willing to be based at Singapore Tuas Bay Link
• Willing to commit for one year contract
