Warehouse Trainer

We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Trainer to provide theoretical and practical training in warehouse operations, inventory management, material handling, safety procedures, and logistics. The trainer will prepare learners for employment in warehouses, distribution centres, e-commerce, and logistics companies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct classroom and practical training on warehouse operations.
• Train learners on receiving, unloading, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch processes.
• Teach inventory management, stock counting, and warehouse documentation.
• Provide hands-on training on barcode scanning and basic warehouse technology.
• Train learners in FIFO/FEFO, stock rotation, and material handling practices.
• Explain warehouse safety, PPE usage, fire safety, and workplace safety procedures.
• Provide basic knowledge of WMS (Warehouse Management System) and inventory software.
• Conduct practical demonstrations, assessments, and mock warehouse activities.
• Monitor learner performance and provide regular feedback.
• Maintain attendance, assessment records, and training reports.
• Prepare learners for interviews and employment in logistics and warehousing roles.
• Coordinate with industry partners for practical exposure and placement opportunities.

Eligibility & Requirements:

• Graduate/Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Warehouse Management, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of relevant warehouse/logistics experience.
• Good understanding of warehouse and inventory operations.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to deliver practical, hands-on training.
• Experience in skill-development or vocational training will be an added advantage.
