Shift Hours: M-F 6:45am-2:45pm, with additional OT as deemed by management

Position Summary:

 To provide instruction and training to New Hires and all assigned associates.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

●    Responsible for training and developing New Hires assigned to their department.

●    Review all Work Instructions applicable to your department with New Employees.

●    Make sure employees are competent at their Job Task by completing a Competency Evaluation.

●    Ensure employees are in compliance with Company HR and Safety Policies.

●    Maintain a professional and positive attitude at all times.

●    If assigned to train employees on Powered Industrial Trucks, must meet OSHA Standards outlined in section 1910.178.

●    Responsible for compliance with warehouse housekeeping and 5S procedures at all times while in the facility.

●    Adhere to the NLGA Code of Ethics and Business Conduct at all times. Acts as a representative of NOTS Logistics and TNA at all times while on duty.

●    Perform other responsibilities as assigned to support business needs

●    Conduct audits in Repack and Order Fulfillment when New Hire Training isn't taking place
