WAREHOUSE VERIFICATION STAFF – DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Verify product quantities and items against order lists or delivery documents.
• Check the accuracy and completeness of products before releasing them.
• Inspect products for damage, defects, or discrepancies.
• Ensure that the items match the required specifications and orders.
• Prepare and check necessary documents for product release and dispatch.
• Coordinate with warehouse pickers, dispatch staff, and supervisors regarding order discrepancies.
• Ensure that the correct products are released to the assigned personnel or delivery team.
• Report missing, excess, damaged, or incorrect items to the supervisor.
• Maintain accurate records of verified and released products.
• Follow warehouse procedures, safety rules, and company policies.
• Keep the verification and releasing area clean and organized.
• Perform other warehouse-related tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

Pay: Php19,017.66 - Php21,796.59 per month
