Responsibilities

• Assist with inventory management using warehouse management systems and inventory management software to track stock levels accurately.
• Prepare, pack, and ship orders efficiently by utilizing picking & packing techniques, order pickers, RF scanners, pallet jacks, and forklifts as needed.
• Receive incoming shipments, unload trucks, verify contents against shipping documents, and update records in ERP systems like AS400 or MRP.
• Maintain organized stock storage through stocking, labeling, and proper packaging practices to ensure quick retrieval and safety compliance.
• Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies to support accurate inventory management and trade compliance.
• Support shipping logistics by coordinating with carriers for timely dispatches, tracking shipments, and managing documentation for international trade regulations when applicable.
• Perform data entry tasks related to order fulfillment, shipment tracking, and warehouse operations while providing excellent customer service to internal teams or external partners.

Requirements

• Proven experience working in a warehouse environment with familiarity in warehouse operations, shipping & receiving, and inventory management.
• Proficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory management software, ERP systems such as AS400 or MRP, and Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to operate equipment including forklifts (certification preferred), pallet jacks, RF scanners, and order pickers safely and effectively.
• Basic math skills for counting stock, measuring dimensions, and calculating weights or quantities accurately.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for data entry, stock stocking, packaging, and order picking tasks.
• Knowledge of shipping logistics procedures and international trade regulations is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills combined with a customer service mindset to support team collaboration and operational excellence.

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
