About Duvon Lighting

Duvon Lighting is an established U.S.-based LED lighting manufacturer specializing in sports, commercial, industrial, and solar lighting solutions.

We are expanding our operations at our new facility in Lincolnshire, Illinois, and are looking for reliable, hardworking, and detail-oriented Warehouse Workers to join our team.

This is a hands-on position focused on assembling LED lighting fixtures, packing and preparing orders, loading and unloading shipments, and maintaining an organized warehouse.

Key Responsibilities

Assembly & Production

• Assemble LED lighting fixtures and components following work instructions.
• Inspect assembled products for accuracy, quality, and completeness.
• Assist with basic production and assembly tasks as needed.

Packing & Shipping

• Carefully pack, wrap, label, and seal lighting fixtures and components.
• Prepare cartons, pallets, and finished products for shipment.
• Stretch-wrap and secure pallets to prevent damage during transportation.
• Verify product quantities, shipping labels, and order accuracy.

Receiving & Warehouse Operations

• Load and unload shipping containers, trucks, and deliveries.
• Receive, count, inspect, and organize incoming materials.
• Move and store raw materials, components, and finished products.
• Operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment safely.
• Operate a single-reach forklift when properly trained, evaluated, and authorized.
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe.
• Assist with inventory counts and other warehouse duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Required

• Dependable attendance, punctuality, and strong work ethic.
• Ability to follow instructions and complete assigned tasks accurately and efficiently.
• Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 50 lbs, with assistance or equipment for heavier loads.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical warehouse tasks throughout the workday.
• Good attention to detail when assembling, packing, and labeling products.
• Willingness to perform a variety of warehouse duties, including assembly, packing, cleaning, and loading/unloading.
• Ability to work independently and cooperatively with a team.
• Commitment to workplace safety and proper product handling.

Preferred but Not Required

• Previous experience in a warehouse, manufacturing, assembly, or packaging environment.
• Experience operating a stand-up single-reach forklift (reach truck) is highly preferred.
• Experience loading and unloading shipping containers.
• Experience with palletizing, shrink-wrapping, shipping, and receiving.
• Basic familiarity with hand tools and assembly work.

Training will be provided for our lighting products and assembly procedures.
