Duties

• Operate warehouse pallet jacks, and order pickers to load, unload, and move products safely and efficiently.
• Sort, case pack and prepare orders for shipment with precision, ensuring correct quantities and proper packaging standards.
• Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile discrepancies using data entry skills and inventory management tools.
• Assist with shipping logistics by preparing shipping documents, coordinating with carriers, and ensuring compliance with trade regulations.
• Support warehouse distribution activities by organizing stock in designated areas and maintaining a clean, organized workspace.
• Collaborate with team members to improve warehouse operations, streamline order fulfillment processes, and enhance overall productivity.

Qualifications

• Prior experience working in a warehouse environment or distribution center is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of shipping & receiving procedures, order sorting, picking & packing, and inventory management practices.
• Basic math skills for counting, measuring, and verifying shipments accurately.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail; ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.
• Good communication skills to coordinate effectively with team members and external partners.

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
