Responsibilities

• Operate warehouse management systems and inventory management software to track stock levels, process orders, and update records accurately
• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders with precision using order pickers and pallet jacks
• Load and unload shipments efficiently using forklifts and other material handling equipment while adhering to safety protocols
• Maintain organized storage areas by stocking shelves, managing stock rotation, and ensuring proper packaging for shipment
• Assist with shipping logistics by preparing shipping documentation, coordinating with carriers, and ensuring compliance with trade regulations
• Conduct data entry tasks related to inventory updates, shipment tracking, and order processing using ERP systems like AS400 or similar platforms
• Support warehouse distribution activities by collaborating with team members to optimize workflow and meet delivery deadlines

Requirements

• Proven experience in warehouse operations or related fields, including familiarity with inventory management software and ERP systems such as AS400 or MRP systems
• Ability to operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and order pickers safely and effectively; forklift certification is preferred
• Strong understanding of shipping & receiving procedures, trade compliance, international trade regulations, and logistics processes
• Basic math skills for counting stock, measuring packages, and verifying quantities accurately
• Excellent data entry skills combined with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications for documentation purposes
• Customer service mindset with the ability to communicate clearly with team members and external partners
• Physical stamina to stand, walk, lift heavy objects, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift

Pay: $23.48 - $28.28 per hour
