Warehouse Worker

Key Responsibilities

• Label Application: Accurately and smoothly apply barcodes, QR codes, and other labels to designated products or outer packaging according to outbound shipping requirements.
• Sorting & Verification: Scan picked items, print and attach shipping/logistics labels, and place packages into designated shipping channel areas.
• Workstation Maintenance: Maintain cleanliness, organization, and standardized management of the labeling area and equipment (computers, printers, barcode scanners, tape, packaging bags, etc.).

Job Requirements

• Basic Qualifications: Aged 18–45; physically healthy, agile, literate, and able to clearly read fine label print.
• Skills & Abilities: Detail-oriented, responsible, sensitive to numbers and characters, with a strong ability to prevent mislabeling or missing labels.
• Experience: Education background is not limited. Prior labeling or packing experience in e-commerce warehouses, express logistics centers, or factory assembly lines is preferred (on-the-job training is provided for beginners).
• Physical Demands: Able to adapt to standing work and accommodate overtime or shift work as required.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary Structure: Base Salary + Overtime Pay + Performance Bonus (Comprehensive Monthly Income: ¥4,000 – ¥5,000; higher earnings for higher productivity).
• Meals & Support: Dinner provided for Monday overtime.
• Work Schedule: 6 days on, 1 day off / Comprehensive working hours system.

• Interview Hours: Monday to Friday, 11:00 AM – 4:00 PM. Please bring your original ID card for on-site walk-in interviews.
