Your Role
We're looking for a dedicated Warehouse Worker to join our team. You'll be responsible for a variety of tasks including receiving, storing, preparing, and keeping count of products. Your attention to detail and ability to work efficiently will be essential to our success.

This role is physical, fast-paced, and essential to keeping product moving accurately and on time across our island markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders and packing lists
• Pick, pack, and stage orders accurately according to pick lists and load schedules
• Operate pallet jacks and other material-handling equipment safely
• Maintain accurate inventory counts and report discrepancies immediately
• Organize and rotate stock following FIFO/FEFO principles
• Keep warehouse floor, racks, and staging areas clean, safe, and orderly
• Follow all safety procedures and report hazards or incidents promptly
• Support loading/unloading of containers and delivery trucks
• Perform physical inventory counts and cycle counts as assigned

Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand/walk for full shift durations
• Basic math and counting skills for inventory accuracy
• Reliable attendance and punctuality — this is essential to the role
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately
• Prior warehouse, forklift, or distribution experience preferred but not required
