Responsibilities

• Operate warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory management software to track stock levels, process orders, and update records accurately
• Pick, pack, and prepare items for shipment using order picker equipment, RF scanners, pallet jacks, and other tools
• Load and unload trucks efficiently, ensuring proper handling of goods to prevent damage
• Conduct stock stocking, replenishment, and inventory counts to maintain optimal stock levels
• Utilize shipping logistics knowledge to coordinate outbound shipments and ensure compliance with trade regulations
• Perform data entry tasks related to order processing, shipping documentation, and inventory updates with precision
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment by following safety protocols and conducting routine inspections
• Assist with packaging products securely for shipment while adhering to quality standards and customer specifications

Qualifications

• Previous experience in warehouse operations or distribution centers is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS), ERP systems like AS400 or MRPs is advantageous
• Basic math skills for counting inventory, measuring packages, and processing orders accurately
• Ability to operate forklifts, pallet jacks, RF scanners, and other warehouse equipment safely; certification is a plus
• Strong data entry skills with attention to detail to ensure accurate record keeping
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Good communication skills for coordinating with team members and supporting customer service efforts
