Duties

• Operate warehouse management systems (WMS) and ERP systems to track inventory, process shipments, and manage stock levels
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders using RF scanners, order pickers, pallet jacks, and other equipment to ensure timely delivery
• Load and unload trucks efficiently using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling tools while adhering to safety standards
• Conduct inventory counts and manage stock levels through inventory management software to maintain accuracy
• Prepare shipments by packaging products securely and verifying order details for shipping & receiving processes
• Assist with shipping logistics, including coordinating with carriers and ensuring compliance with trade regulations and trade compliance standards
• Maintain a clean, organized warehouse environment by stocking shelves, managing stock rotation, and ensuring safety protocols are followed

Requirements

• Previous experience in warehouse operations or distribution centers is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory management software, and ERP systems such as AS400 or MRPs is highly desirable
• Ability to operate forklifts, pallet jacks, RF scanners, and other warehouse equipment safely; forklift certification is a plus
• Strong basic math skills for counting, measuring, and verifying shipments accurately
• Excellent data entry skills with attention to detail for maintaining precise records of shipments and inventory levels
• Knowledge of shipping & receiving procedures, order fulfillment processes, and international trade regulations is advantageous
• Customer service mindset with the ability to communicate effectively with team members and carriers
• Physical stamina to stand, walk, lift heavy items, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift

Pay: $23.16 - $27.89 per hour
