Warehouse Worker

About the role

The Warehouse Worker is responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations, including receiving, checking, organizing, storing, picking, packing, and releasing products and materials. The role requires accurate inventory handling, proper documentation, and compliance with company warehouse procedures.

Key responsibilities

• Receive incoming products, materials, and supplies and check them against delivery documents.

• Inspect items for quantity, condition, specifications, and visible damage.

• Assist in unloading and loading deliveries while following proper handling procedures.

• Sort, label, organize, and store items in their designated warehouse locations.

• Pick and prepare items based on approved orders, requests, or delivery schedules.

• Pack products and materials properly for dispatch or transfer.

• Encode or update inventory records and warehouse documentation accurately.

• Conduct physical inventory counts and assist with stock reconciliation.

• Monitor stock levels and report discrepancies, damaged items, missing items, or other inventory concerns.

Qualifications

• At least Senior High School graduate; vocational or college education is an advantage.
• Previous warehouse, logistics, inventory, or material-handling experience is preferred.
• Physically capable of lifting, carrying, and moving warehouse items.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory systems or barcode scanners are an advantage.
• Able to read and understand delivery documents, inventory records, and work instructions.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of maintaining accurate records.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable and punctual.
• Must be able to lift heavy items (Male)
