Duties

• Receive, unload, and load shipments using forklifts, pallet jacks, RF scanners, and other equipment to ensure safe handling of goods.
• Perform accurate order picking and packing using inventory management software and ERP systems to prepare items for shipment.
• Maintain precise inventory records through data entry and inventory management systems like Warehouse Management System (WMS) and AS400.
• Ensure proper stocking, packaging, and labeling of products in accordance with shipping & receiving standards and trade compliance regulations.
• Conduct regular stock checks, cycle counts, and audits to verify inventory accuracy and support effective warehouse distribution.
• Collaborate with logistics teams to coordinate shipping logistics, international trade regulations, and order fulfillment deadlines.
• Operate equipment such as load & unload trucks, pallet jacks, and forklifts safely while adhering to safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in warehouse operations or related roles with familiarity using warehouse management systems and inventory management software.
• Strong knowledge of shipping & receiving procedures, order picking & packing, and logistics processes.
• Basic math skills for counting, measuring, and verifying shipments accurately.
• Ability to operate forklifts, pallet jacks, RF scanners, and other warehouse equipment safely; forklift certification is a plus.
• Excellent data entry skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Customer service orientation with the ability to communicate effectively within a team environment.
• Knowledge of international trade regulations and trade compliance is advantageous.

Pay: From $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
