Warehouse Worker

Job Summary

The Warehouse Worker is responsible for reviewing shop drawings and assembling a variety of crash cushions. Responsibilities include picking parts for orders, packaging materials for shipment by outside haulers and making deliveries as needed. A valid class B CDL is required. The role also maintains organized inventory and performs physical inventory counts

Key Responsibilities

• Review shop drawings and assemble crash cushion products according to specifications.
• Pick, package and prepare shipments for customer orders.
• Load and unload materials safely and efficiently from trucks and flatbeds.
• Deliver products and materials as needed.
• Maintain accurate and organized inventory within the warehouse.
• Conduct physical inventory counts and assists with inventory reconciliation.
• Ensure warehouse cleanliness, organization, and compliance with safety standards.
• Assist with receiving incoming shipments and verifying materials against purchase orders and packing slips.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, shipping/receiving experience preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret shop drawings and follow work instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to lift, carry, and move materials in a physically demanding environment.
• Forklift experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
