Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Worker to join our dynamic logistics team. Responsibilities

• Operate warehouse management systems (WMS) and enterprise resource planning (ERP) software to track inventory levels, process orders, and update records accurately.
• Assist with inventory management tasks such as stocking, stock counting, and organizing products within the warehouse.
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment using order picker equipment, pallet jacks, and other tools.
• Load and unload shipments safely using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment while adhering to safety protocols.
• Ensure proper packaging of products for shipping while maintaining quality standards and trade compliance with international trade regulations.
• Maintain accurate data entry for shipping & receiving logs, inventory records, and order documentation.
• Support shipping logistics by coordinating with carriers and ensuring timely dispatches and deliveries.
• Follow warehouse operations procedures to optimize workflow efficiency and uphold safety standards.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing internal requests promptly and professionally.

Skills

• Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory management software, and ERP systems such as AS400 or similar platforms.
• Strong knowledge of shipping logistics, order fulfillment processes, and international trade regulations.
• Ability to perform basic math calculations accurately for inventory counts, measurements, and order processing.
• Experience operating forklifts, pallet jacks, order pickers, and other warehouse equipment safely.
• Excellent data entry skills with attention to detail to ensure accurate record keeping.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools for reporting and communication purposes.
• Knowledge of warehouse operations including stocking, packaging, picking & packing, load & unload procedures.
• Good understanding of trade compliance standards related to international trade regulations.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Customer service orientation with clear communication skills to support team collaboration and client needs.

Pay: $24.62 - $29.65 per hour

Expected hours: 60.0 per week
